The Sales Recruitment Network is seeking a sales consultant to sell direct to consumers on behalf of a leading independent retail furniture chain. Base salary £25K, plus guaranteed & uncapped personal commission on all sales, plus bonus package to give a realistic OTE of £40K.
My client is a premium retailer of high-quality furniture. They sell unique products and provide unparalleled service, always putting customers first. The position is a showroom-based sales role and will entail talking to customers and helping them choose the perfect piece of furniture for their home.
You will ideally have direct sales experience in a competitive environment, coupled with bags of energy and lots of enthusiasm. You will be good with people, outgoing, friendly, have a positive can-do attitude and have the drive to succeed.
My client is open seven days a week so flexibility regarding working Saturdays, Sundays, and Bank Holidays is necessary. In return you will receive a base salary plus commission on your personal sales plus additional incentives and bonuses based on performance.
