The Role: We are hiring multiple consultants across the entire Sales sector, specifically growing our Market Research & BI practice as well as our AdTech/MarTech practice. We are looking for recruiters with expertise in perm recruitment. Ideally, you will have recruited in a white collar industry and be at your best when winning new logos and managing the entire recruitment cycle. You may have an interest in Sales, be a Sales recruiter currently, or even be an ex-Sales person. If you have an interest in Sales recruitment, we want to hear from you.
You:
- Self-motivated and resilient, getting a genuine buzz out of winning new clients.
- A white collar recruiter who has ideally billed £200k+ in the last 12 months.
- A collaborator who sees the value in cross-selling both within Sales Rec and our other brands.

- Up to £60,000 base salary.
- Monthly commission with additional quarterly kickers up to 40%.
