Responsibilities:
- Building and managing an engaged network of relevant clients and candidates within the Marketing industry.
- Consistently developing existing and new relationships with clients.
- Proactively maximizing business opportunities and increasing market share.
- Managing a full-cycle recruitment process.
- Appreciates and provides thought leadership to ensure understanding of the relationship between activity and results.
- Managing complex negotiations.
- Working within a team to deliver on both individual and team targets.
- Positively promote the 11 brand in the market.
- Act as a role model and mentor for new staff, demonstrating values and work ethic while assisting junior recruiters.
- Supports manager with training, standing in when required, and driving initiatives and company values.
What are we looking for?
- Demonstrated success in delivering against individual and team revenue targets.
- You have successfully worked as a 360 recruiter in an agency and have proven success.
- Excellent communication skills and confidence in matching candidates/clients.
- Maintain high levels of motivation to achieve both personal and team developmental goals.
