The Sales Factory is a rapidly growing B2B Business Development company on a mission to set the gold standard in outbound sales prospecting. Our prospecting teams leverage cutting-edge technology to identify the right target audiences, allowing our trained Business Development Representatives to advance opportunities down the pipeline using proprietary strategies. This role is fully remote and open to candidates anywhere in Canada, as long as you have reliable internet access. We are looking for aspiring sales leaders who want to join a remote-first company with the flexibility to work from anywhere in the country.
We are building a world-class Business Development Team to support our diverse client portfolio. As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for sourcing, qualifying, and scheduling new customer demos or meetings, enabling our clients' sales teams to close deals effectively.

Compensation and Benefits
