About the Role
As a Management Trainee, you’ll start by learning the foundations of our business — engaging with customers face-to-face in residential areas or approved venues/events to provide cost-saving solutions.
You’ll receive full training in sales, customer engagement, and leadership skills, with a structured progression route into team leadership and eventually branch management.
Key Responsibilities
- Speak directly with members of the public to explain our services and savings opportunities
- Represent our partner platform professionally at residential locations or pre-approved venues/events
- Understand customer needs and recommend tailored solutions
