Role | Restaurant Manager
45 hours per week
Lead a team of 30-40 staff members
Delegate tasks to supervisors to maintain standards during all opening hours
Help manage team morale and guide career development
Implement and improve service processes, continually seeking operational improvements
Monitor and enforce hygiene best practices to maintain a 5* hygiene rating
Ensure and enforce the use of current systems to operate The Salad Project
Assist in hiring and developing staff to meet store and business needs
Maintain control over the P&L of the restaurant
Report issues or wins to the management team
Celebrate staff wins
Ensure proper maintenance of the store
Continue to offer great customer service, operational service, and tasty, healthy food
