The Salad Project seeks a highly autonomous leader to own the launch and growth of its France operation, starting with Paris. You will build the team, systems and culture to open multiple sites, working hands-on in early stages and shadowing the outgoing Country Manager through 2026. Reporting to the Global Operations Director and partnering with cofounders, you will translate the UK playbook, establish local distribution and supply chains, and scale operations while maintaining brand standards.
