We are The Salad Project, London's answer to healthy food with a fresh outlook on how we live, feel, and eat. Since our founders, Florian and James, opened our first store in the summer of 2021, we've grown into a seven-store operation, expanding across London. At The Salad Project, we value our team as much as the quality of our food. We're looking for dedicated BOH Team Members to join our evening and overnight shifts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Wash and prepare fresh produce, ensuring the highest quality standards.
- Maintain cleanliness in the kitchen by washing cookware, utensils, and serving equipment.
- Complete short deep-cleaning tasks to keep the kitchen spotless and ready for service.
- Support the kitchen team by ensuring clean, dry equipment is always available.
Expectations:
- Efficiency, Reliability, Strong Work Ethic
- Turn up on time for evening/overnight shifts and work diligently.
- Maintain focus and accuracy when handling food preparation tasks.
- Be adaptable to assist with various duties as needed.
Experience Requirements:
- Some experience in a kitchen or cleaning role is a plus.
- Familiarity in hygiene best practices.
Compensation:
- £12.75 per hour
