We are The Salad Project, London’s answer to healthy food and a fresh outlook on how we live, feel and eat. Our founders Florian and James opened the doors to our first store in the summer of 2021. Today, we are a fifteen store operation, expanding across London.

At The Salad Project, our passion goes beyond the quality of our food. We are equally as committed to finding and nurturing our staff.
