Role | Kitchen Supervisor
- 40 hours per week
- We’re looking for Senior Cooks to work under our Kitchen Managers
- To lead key service shifts (Lunch: 7-5pm or Dinner: 12-10pm)
- To help manage our team of Cooks
- To implement & improve kitchen processes
- To monitor & implement hygiene best practices in and out of service in order to maintain our 5* hygiene rating
- To report to, pass on feedback from, and support a Kitchen Manager
Expectations | Efficiency, Communication, Energy
- Strong proficiency in efficient, quality food prep
- Ability to manage a small team through service hours
- Leadership and communication skills
- To effectively report and communicate information to the Kitchen manager
- Positive energy and dedication to the team
- Respectful and conscious when it comes to punctuality and scheduling
Experience Requirements | 1 Year
- Ideally, you will have at least 1 year of experience working in a professional kitchen/casual dining restaurant
- Previous cooking experience, including manning a combo oven, is a must
- Team leadership experience
Compensation | £14 per hour
- 30 days holiday package (including bank holidays)
