The Salad Project is London’s answer to healthy food and a fresh outlook on how we live, feel and eat. Our founders Florian and James opened the doors to our first store in the summer of 2021. Today, we are a twelve store operation, expanding across London. At The Salad Project, our passion goes beyond the quality of our food. We are equally committed to finding and nurturing our staff, so we are on the hunt for exceptional managers to join our team.

We’re looking for someone passionate, energetic & extremely organised to manage our kitchen:

  • To manage our team of Kitchen Hands and KPs
  • To implement & improve kitchen processes
  • To monitor & implement hygiene best practices in and out of service in order to maintain our 5* hygiene rating
  • To manage ordering, stock management & solve stock issues
  • To manage team scheduling, training & well-being
  • To report to Restaurant Manager, and Culinary Director

  • Strong proficiency in efficient, quality food prep
  • Ability to manage a small team through service hours

Experience Requirements:

  • 1-3 Years experience cooking in a busy professional kitchen/casual dining restaurant
  • Management and team leadership experience
  • Hygiene qualifications
