Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of 30‑40 staff members.
- Delegate tasks to supervisors to maintain standards during all opening hours.
- Help manage team morale, happiness and career development.
- Implement and improve service processes, constantly seeking ways to improve operations.
- Monitor and enforce hygiene best practices to maintain a 5* rating.
- Ensure use of current systems to operate The Salad Project.
- Assist in hiring and developing staff to suit store needs.
- Maintain control over the P&L of the restaurant.
- Report any issues or wins to the management team.
- Celebrate staff wins.
- Ensure proper maintenance of the store.
- Maintain excellent customer service, operational service, and quality of healthy food.
