Role:
- Up to 45 hours per week
- Senior cooks to work under our kitchen managers
- Lead key service shifts (Lunch: 7-5 pm or Dinner: 12-10 pm)
- Help manage our team of cooks
- Implement and improve kitchen processes
- Monitor and implement hygiene best practices in and out of service to maintain our 5* hygiene rating
- Report to, pass on feedback from, and support a kitchen manager

- Efficient, quality food prep proficiency
- Manage a small team through service hours

- Effectively report and communicate information to the kitchen manager

Experience Requirements:
- At least 1 year experience working in a professional kitchen/casual dining restaurant
- Previous cooking experience, including manning a combo oven, is a must
- Team leadership experience
Compensation:
- £14 per hour
- 30 days holiday package including bank holidays
