The Salad Project is seeking a Kitchen Manager in London to lead our busy kitchen team. This full-time role runs Sunday–Thursday at £35,000 per annum for 45 hours weekly, with an immediate start.
You will oversee Kitchen Hands and KPs, drive efficient kitchen processes, maintain hygiene standards, handle ordering and stock, and schedule and support staff wellbeing. Reports to Restaurant Manager and Culinary Director as the business grows.
