The predicted salary is between 12 - 12 £ per hour.

Back of House Team Member, 30-35 hours per week. Responsibilities include:

  • Preparing fresh produce and assisting in making salads.
  • Following hygiene regulations and best practices to maintain 5* hygiene standards.
  • Ensuring sufficient food (hot and cold) for key service periods.
  • Reporting to and supporting a Kitchen Manager.
  • Assisting in preparing and cooking daily deliveries of fresh food.
  • Helping senior chefs in opening or closing the kitchen.

Experience Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of experience working in a professional kitchen/casual dining restaurant.

Compensation:

  • £12.75 per hour.
  • 28 days of paid time off.
