We are The Salad Project, London’s answer to healthy food and a fresh outlook on how we live, feel and eat. Our founders Florian and James opened the doors to our first store in the summer of 2021. Today, we are a six store operation, expanding across London.
Role | Store Manager
- 45 hours per week
- To lead a team of 30-40 members of staff in total
- To delegate certain tasks to your supervisors to ensure standards are maintained during all opening hours
- To help manage our team members' morale and happiness at work while guiding their career development
- To implement & improve service processes while constantly looking out for ways to improve the way we operate
- To monitor & implement hygiene best practices in and out of service in order to maintain our 5* hygiene rating
- Ensure and enforce the use of current systems to operate The Salad Project
- Assist in hiring and developing our staff to suit the needs of the store and the business
- To maintain control over the P&L of the restaurant
- To report any issues or wins to the management team
- To celebrate the staff wins
- To ensure proper maintenance of the store
- And most importantly, to ensure The Salad Project continues to offer great customer service, great operational service and great tasting, healthy food

- Strong proficiency in organising a large team
- Ability to lead from the front while looking out for issues throughout the day
- Ability to steady the ship and prevent issues before they happen
- Communication skills, knowing when to use a firm hand or a softer approach

Experience Requirements | 2 Years
- Ideally, you will have 2 years’ experience managing a team in a fast-paced environment within the hospitality industry
- Ability to commit full time
