We are The Salad Project, London’s answer to healthy food and a fresh outlook on how we live, feel and eat. Our founders Florian and James opened the doors to our first store in the summer of 2021. Today, we are a six‑store operation, expanding across London.

Role
- 37 hours per week
- Prepare fresh produce and help make everything we need to build an awesome salad!
- Follow hygiene regulations and best practices to help maintain our 5* hygiene standards
- Play a key role in ensuring there is sufficient food (hot and cold) for key service periods
- Report to, pass on feedback from, and support a Kitchen Manager
- Assist in preparing and cooking daily deliveries of fresh food
- Assist senior chefs in opening or closing the kitchen

- Ensure service levels are maintained to the standards we expect and corners aren't cut

Experience Requirements
- Ideally, at least 1 year of experience in a professional kitchen or casual dining restaurant
- Experience/readiness to work in a fast‑paced environment
Compensation
- £12.75 per hour
- 28 days of paid time off
