The Salad Project - Broadgate is seeking a Prep Chef to join our BOH team for evening and overnight shifts in London. You’ll wash and prep fresh produce, keep the kitchen spotless, and support the team during service.
The role offers variety, teamwork, and opportunities for growth within a growing seven-store operation. Shifts run Mon, Tue, Wed & Fri from 7-11am or 4-9pm; prior kitchen or cleaning experience is a plus, and hygiene best practices are essential.
