We are opening a brand new site in Devonshire Square near Liverpool Street, with a Salad Kitchen concept by day and an exciting pop‑up food concept in the evening. This is a rare chance to shape something from the ground up. We are looking for a confident, hands‑on General Manager to lead the site. This would be a great opportunity for a current Deputy Manager ready to step up into a General Manager role.

Job Details

  • Monday to Friday for the most part, with occasional weekend events.
  • Salary between £33,000 and £38,000 depending on experience.

  • Taking full ownership of the multifaceted operation and its performance, including hitting key KPIs.
