Here’s the deal:. .
- Full Time.
- Monday to Friday (yep, weekends off!).
- Salary up to £14.80 per hour.
What you’ll be doing:. .
- Supporting the Manager with the day to day running of the shop.
- Leading the team during shifts and keeping everything running smoothly.
- Taking ownership when the Manager isn’t around.
- Helping maintain high standards across food, service, and cleanliness.
- Jumping in wherever needed and setting the tone for the team.
What we’re looking for:. .
- Some experience as a supervisor in hospitality or a similar fast paced environment.
- Someone reliable and organised who can take the lead when needed.
- A natural team player who’s happy to support others and get stuck in.
- Positive attitude and confidence dealing with customers and the team.
- Keen to grow and step up in responsibility.
