The Role As Sous Chef, you'll be the Head Chef's right hand and a key leader within the kitchen.
You'll help deliver exceptional food every service while maintaining the highest standards of quality, consistency, and organisation.
You'll lead by example, support and develop the kitchen team, and take ownership of the kitchen whenever the Head Chef is away.
