As you will be in the heart of the action in both motivating and supporting the team as well as creating a special atmosphere for customers, you will be a great communicator and have strong decision-making and organisation skills.

You’ll need to take ownership of problems, and you’ll live by a mantra of ‘always doing the right thing’ – even if it occasionally means bending the rules.
