As a People Tech Partner, youll act as the vital link between our Digital Services team and key HR systems, ensuring they meet business needs. Youll manage system processes, oversee new feature releases, and drive continuous improvements. As the go-to expert, you’ll provide advanced support for escalated queries beyond tier 1 and 2 channels. You’ll manage data accuracy and integrity, providing insights for workforce trends, reporting, and analytics. Your role includes
identifying opportunities to streamline processes, enhancing the employee experience through technology-driven improvements. Youll offer training and support through documentation, recorded sessions, and live training. Managing vendor relationships, you’ll collaborate to resolve issues and suggest enhancements. Additionally, you’ll ensure compliance with legal and security standards while partnering with stakeholders to align technology strategies with business objectives. /p h3 What are we looking for? /h3 p We’re looking for an HR Technology Lead with strong expertise in HRIS, analytics, and HR technology solutions. Youll manage system testing cycles, oversee deployments, and apply technology to solve business challenges while delivering key insights to executive audiences.
