Are you passionate about driving smarter, more efficient ways of working through Salesforce? We are looking for a Salesforce Effectiveness Specialist to play a key role in supporting our Sales and Services teams by enhancing Salesforce adoption, performance, and process excellence. In this role, you will partner with Salesforce Effectiveness Managers and cross-functional stakeholders across all regions to ensure Salesforce solutions are designed, tested, and delivered to the highest standard. You will help turn business needs into practical solutions, supporting our teams to make the most of Salesforce every day. This is a Hybrid role based in our London or Newcastle office 3 Days per Week.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with Salesforce Effectiveness Managers to understand enhancement requests and business challenges.
- Support the administration and prioritisation of the Salesforce backlog, ensuring smooth delivery of enhancements.
- Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and collaborate with IT and business teams to ensure successful solution rollouts.
- Create and maintain playbooks, enablement guides, and on-demand content to boost user adoption and engagement.
- Develop communication and training materials that help teams use Salesforce effectively.
- Support the measurement of results, tracking adoption and key performance outcomes.
- Ensure all changes and enhancements align with global process standards and methodologies.
You are detail-oriented, collaborative, and passionate about continuous improvement. You bring a mix of technical understanding, stakeholder management, and communication skills - helping bridge the gap between users and technology. Experience with Salesforce, Jira, or similar systems is a strong advantage, as is a background in sales operations, process improvement, or business analysis.
