Experteer Overview In this role you will own and evolve the global payroll compliance framework to keep 19 country operations compliant, accurate and audit-ready. You will be the payroll compliance subject matter expert, supporting regional teams and coordinating with HR, Finance, Legal and external providers. You’ll drive consistency across systems and processes to enable scalable global growth while mitigating risk. The position is highly visible and focuses on governance, transformation and standardisation to strengthen payroll operations across a growing organisation.
