The Sage Group plc is seeking an experienced benefits professional to design, deliver and continuously improve Sage's global benefits and recognition programmes. Working in the Global Rewards team, you'll ensure programmes are competitive, compliant and aligned with our people strategy while enhancing colleague experience across regions.

You will lead supplier governance, manage budgets, analyse data to drive value, collaborate with People, Finance, Legal and Compliance, and support due diligence.
