Experteer Overview As Colleague Communications Director at Sage, you will shape and lead the global colleague communications strategy in a complex, FTSE 100 organisation. You will work closely with the CEO, the Executive Leadership Team, and EVP Corporate Affairs to ensure clarity, alignment and engagement across Sage, enabling strategy execution and cultural cohesion. You'll translate enterprise priorities into trusted narratives that resonate from the boardroom to the frontline, guiding transformation and growth.
