We\'re on an exciting mission to win in the UK and make Sage the leading AI-driven technology provider for small businesses and accountants. As our UKI Associate Social Media Manager, you\'ll shape how Sage shows up online — building a trusted, people-first social presence that resonates with our communities. Key Responsibilities
- Lead the execution of Sage\'s UK social media plan, ensuring alignment with brand and commercial objectives.
- Own the UKI content calendar across LinkedIn, X, Meta, TikTok and Sage Voices; maintain fresh, timely, and engaging channels.
- Support paid campaigns and influencer collaborations in partnership with Paid Media and Performance Marketing teams.
- Develop and deliver social campaigns, content, and activations for UK go-to-market initiatives, sponsorships, PR and brand campaigns, customer stories and thought leadership.
- Collaborate with influencers, creators and niche communities to broaden Sage\'s authentic social reach.
- Use social listening to monitor sentiment, competitor activity and emerging behaviours; share insights with Brand, PR and Marketing teams.
- Ensure content meets industry and regulatory standards in collaboration with Compliance and Legal; manage reputation risks and crisis communication plans with Corporate Affairs.
- Act as the internal social media lead for integrated campaigns, product launches and events; upskill stakeholders and coordinate with agencies and freelancers to ensure consistent tone and storytelling.
