You will act as an initial point of contact for enquiries, help coordinate activities, support the allocation of resources, and work closely with our Ops Director to keep things organised and moving forward.

What are we looking for?
- Strong organisational and administrative skills
- Good communication skills
- Ability to prioritise and manage tasks effectively
- Comfortable using email, spreadsheets, and online systems
- A proactive and dependable approach
- Experience in charity operations, or coordination is helpful but not essential, however, at least three years experience in a similar coordinator / administrator role or level of experience

What will you be doing?
- Managing and triaging enquiries through our shared inbox
- Directing enquiries to the right person or team
- Supporting the assignment of mentees to e-learning programmes
- Maintaining and updating action trackersHelping coordinate meetings, calls, and follow-ups
- Working closely with the Operations Director to identify priorities
- Supporting the wider volunteer team with admin and coordination tasks
