As a growing organisation, we are developing our digital presence and systems to support mentors, mentees, partners and volunteers. What difference will you make?

Website development and management

  • Support the design, development and maintenance of the organisation’s website
  • Create or update website pages and improve usability
  • Manage website hosting, domain settings and security
  • Ensure the site is accessible and easy to maintain
  • Integrate tools such as newsletters, sign-up forms and contact forms

What are we looking for?

We welcome volunteers with experience in areas such as:

  • Website design or development (WordPress, Webflow, Squarespace or similar)
  • Digital platforms and IT systems
  • CRM systems or membership platforms
  • Cloud collaboration tools
  • Basic cyber security and data protection awareness

Experience supporting charities, CICs or social impact organisations would be beneficial but is not essential.

What will you be doing?

We are looking for a volunteer IT & Digital Platforms Lead to help develop and manage our digital infrastructure. This role will support the organisation by helping us build and maintain our website, IT systems, and digital platforms so we can operate efficiently and securely. The role can be carried out by one person covering both areas, or two volunteers focusing separately on website development and digital platforms.
