Purpose
Are you a highly motivated and results-driven individual with a passion for sales? At The Safety Letterbox Company, we are looking for an Internal Sales Executive to build and maintain client relationships, drive business growth, and generate new opportunities through proactive sales activities. This role is instrumental in developing strategic client connections, managing enquiries, and increasing sales pipeline volume. As part of the SLB Team, you will focus on securing new business, converting leads into clients, and expanding our presence in the market through targeted campaigns and strategic outreach. Key Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and contact potential clients via phone, email, and digital channels to establish relationships and generate sales opportunities.
- Develop a strong understanding of market activity to identify potential business leads.
- Utilise all available tools and resources to achieve sales and enquiry targets.
- Work closely with the sales team to convert leads into sales and maintain business growth.
- Follow up on quotations and enquiries via telephone and email, ensuring all potential opportunities are pursued.
- Collaborate with internal teams to support business development initiatives.
CRM and Market Analysis
- Daily use of ABI and CRM systems, ensuring all data is recorded accurately and effectively.
- Maintain up-to-date and GDPR-compliant customer contact records.
- Identify market opportunities and discuss key findings with management.
Customer Relationship Management
- Act as a point of contact for customers, providing exceptional support and developing strong, long-term relationships.
- Maintain ongoing communication with clients to ensure satisfaction and continued business growth.

Collaboration and Administration
- Work closely with internal teams to actively promote our business via phone and email.
