We are currently seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Waking Night Support Workers to join our friendly and supportive team in Luton.
About the Role
As a Waking Night Support Worker, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety, well-being, and comfort of the individuals we support throughout the night.
Your responsibilities will include, but not limited to
- Providing a calm and supportive presence throughout the night.
- Monitoring residents' well-being and responding appropriately to any needs or emergencies.
- Assisting with personal care tasks as required.
- Supporting individuals who may experience anxiety or distress during the night.
- Following individual support plans and risk assessments.
- Completing accurate and timely records of observations and interventions.
- Ensuring the environment is safe and secure.
- Assisting with light domestic duties as required.
