The GORSE Academies Trust is seeking to recruit an inspirational and committed colleague to the role of Session Sports Coach (Volleyball). This is a key role within our organisation, focused on delivering high-quality coaching across our Volleyball programme and supporting both curriculum and extracurricular provision.

The successful candidate will play an important role in supporting athlete development, promoting participation and performance, and contributing to the ongoing success and growth of the programme. You will work closely with the Director of Volleyball to support the delivery of sessions, the development of competitive squads, and the overall wellbeing and progress of students.

Potential applicants should have:

  • A relevant Level 2 qualification or be willing to work towards one.
  • A full clean driving licence and access to a car, as the role operates across multiple sites.
  • The ability to prioritise workloads and manage the allocation of work effectively.
  • Experience of coaching and the ability to build positive, professional relationships with young people.
