Workingclosely with the Operations Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring thesmooth and efficient running of academy operations. You will support a widerange of administrative functions including record management, communication,event organisation, recruitment administration and stakeholder support, helpingto create an environment where staff and students can flourish.
Thesuccessful candidate will:
- Haveexcellent organisational and administrative skills.
- Beproficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Demonstratestrong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Haveexperience working in a busy administrative or office environment.
- Beable to prioritise competing demands and meet deadlines effectively.
- Maintainconfidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.
- Worksuccessfully both independently and as part of a wider team.
- Becommitted to delivering outstanding customer service to colleagues, parents,visitors and external stakeholders.
Whatthe role will involve
AsAdministrative Assistant β Operations, you will:
- Providecomprehensive administrative support across the academy.
- Managecorrespondence, records and documentation accurately and efficiently.
- Supportrecruitment activities, meetings, projects and academy events including themanual handling responsibilities of setting up events and managing order.
- Maintain key operational information andrecords.
- Liaiseprofessionally with staff, parents, visitors and external agencies.
- Contributeto the smooth day-to-day running of operational services across the academy.
