We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Regional Operations Director to join our operations team. As Regional Operations Director, you will be responsible for a portfolio of homes. You will be expected to manage, develop, inspire and support the home managers to ensure the homes achieve full compliance with all regulatory bodies and provide a high quality of service to our residents.
The Regional Operations Director will demonstrate a commitment to ensuring the highest quality of care and enhancing the overall resident experience at every home. You will have detailed knowledge of legislation applying to the care sector, and have experience working in a regional role. It is essential that the successful Regional Operations Director has a background in care.
