Runwood Homes is seeking an experienced Quality Development Manager to join our regional team. You will work with Regional Operations Directors, Home Managers and the Quality team to drive continuous improvement across our care homes, ensuring high standards of care, governance and regulatory compliance.

You will identify trends, support policy implementation, provide training, and attend Quality & Governance meetings across the region.
