Marketing Executive

We are seeking a creative and passionate Marketing Executive to join us here at Runwood Homes. Our Marketing Executives create high‑quality content for our homes across the group, developing, implementing and overseeing marketing campaigns across multiple channels. A key part of this role involves creating engaging press releases to promote the group's projects, events and successes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create engaging press releases to promote projects, events and successes.
  • Produce engaging social media posts across Facebook, LinkedIn and TikTok.
  • Manage and optimise digital marketing efforts.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, target audiences and competitive insights.
  • Manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Proven experience in a marketing role.
  • Track record of managing successful social media accounts.
  • Creative mindset with excellent attention to detail.
  • Experience using Canva and Photoshop.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms.
  • Excellent written and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment.
  • A degree in Marketing or a related field is advantageous.
