About the role
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Head of Food & Beverage, F&B leader or senior hospitality professional to join Runnymede on Thames, one of our flagship Warner Hotels Reserve properties .
We're looking for an exceptional hotel, resort or restaurant hospitality leader who genuinely loves what they do. Someone who gets a buzz from a busy operation, cares deeply about brilliant service and knows that great guest experiences start with great teams.
This is a big, visible leadership role. You'll lead our Food & Beverage operation, working closely with the General Manager, Executive/Head Chef, F&B Manager and wider hotel leadership team to deliver an outstanding guest experience and strong commercial performance.
And this definitely isn't a role for someone who wants to lead from behind a desk. We want someone who loves being in the operation - talking to guests, working alongside their teams, coaching their leaders and inspiring others to raise the bar.
