Requirements:

  • Be at least 18 years of age due to licensing laws
  • You’ll be a great communicator
  • You’ll have great decision-making skills
  • You should be confident
  • You’ll need to be organised
  • General knowledge of food, wine and beer
  • Have the Right to work in the UK
  • Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays

Responsibilities:

  • Welcoming guests in the pub
  • Taking food & drink orders and handling cash/card payments
  • Serving hot & cold beverages including alcohol
  • Ensure cleanliness throughout the restaurant
  • Assisting with managerial requests
  • Looking after and caring for our guests throughout their whole experience
  • Balancing high volume with high quality
  • Participating in ongoing training and development
  • Must have an eagerness to take advantage of new opportunities
