Role Overview
We are seeking a seasoned Head of EMEA Marketing to lead our regional marketing across Europe. This leader will play a key role in shaping the field marketing, product marketing, sales/partner enablement strategy to ensure that marketing execution is deeply aligned to regional revenue goals. This role requires a highly strategic, commercially oriented marketing leader who can operate at the intersection of product development, sales alignment, and high-velocity execution, with experience in building a world-class regional marketing function that is adaptive, data-driven, and tightly connected to global teams.
What You’ll Do
- Own the EMEA marketing strategy and execution, from awareness through pipeline acceleration and customer advocacy.
- Serve as the marketing leader for marketing motions in-region, ensuring cohesion across product and GTM.
- Partner with Global PMM to refine messaging, enable local launches, and ensure sales have what they need for regional success.
- Develop regional product positioning, competitive insights, and customer narratives grounded in local market dynamics.
- Focus on pipeline creation, expansion, and acceleration across priority EMEA countries.
- Partner deeply with regional sales leadership to ensure alignment on region/account priorities, messaging and positioning, and event strategy.
- Localize and optimize global campaigns for the nuances of EMEA markets; identify gaps and build regional-first initiatives where required.
- Regionalize product marketing and enablement materials to equip AEs, and partners with content, training, and tools to win.
- Serve as the primary EMEA marketing liaison to Sales, Partnerships, Product, and Global Marketing.
- Build tight operational rhythms around forecasting, GTM planning, OKR tracking, and performance measurement.
What You Have
- 10+ years of B2B marketing experience, including at least 5 years in a multi-country EMEA leadership role.
- Demonstrated success partnering with product and sales to drive pipeline and revenue outcomes.
- Strong operational discipline: forecasting, planning, measurement, and budget management.
- Ability to lead through complexity and scale teams across multiple countries and cultures.
- Proven experience with measurable improvements in pipeline quality, velocity, and win rates across target EMEA markets.
- Strong, trusted relationships with regional sales, CS and global marketing leadership.
