You will build strong relationships with key stakeholders to understand the key challenges and opportunities, and build data solutions to drive tangible organizational outcomes. You will become a key strategic partner understanding areas well enough to propose, champion changes and drive them to completion. You will work with internal AI tools to scale your work across a larger stakeholder base. Areas of work could include: employee engagement, retention, recruitment.
Key responsibilities
- Strategic Partnership: Work directly with stakeholders, including senior leaders, to identify, scope, and prioritise high-impact analytical questions.
- Analysis: Conduct rigorous, end-to-end analyses to uncover insights, model trends, and answer complex questions.
- Data Storytelling & Communication: Translate complex analytical findings into clear, compelling narratives and actionable recommendations for diverse audiences (technical and non-technical) through presentations, reports, and dashboards.
