Location: Hybrid / London 2 - 3 days office based, remaining days home working. For over a decade, The Run To has delivered some of the world's most exclusive supercar rallies, creating extraordinary experiences for an international high-net-worth clientele. Whether transforming a cave into a fine dining venue or producing exclusive experiences alongside iconic events such as the Monaco Grand Prix and Palio di Siena, our aim is always the same: to create moments our guests will never forget. As Event Producer, you will support the Head of Events in planning and delivering every event across The Run To portfolio. Working closely with the wider team, you'll take ownership of the day-to-day production and execution of our events, ensuring every detail is delivered to the exceptionally high standards our guests expect. You'll play a key role in transforming ideas into reality, coordinating suppliers, venues and production schedules whilst ensuring each event runs seamlessly from concept through to delivery. We do relatively few events per year, which gives plenty of time for refining what we do to the highest possible level - passion and high standards are a must. Event Planning & Delivery Support the Head of Events in planning and delivering all events across The Run To portfolio. Take ownership of selected events (such as lunch or dinner events), leading the planning and delivery from concept through to execution with guidance and strategic input from the Head of Events. Develop production schedules, event timelines and briefing documents. Lead the operational delivery of designated events on-site, ensuring every detail is executed to the highest standard. Event Production Coordinate all event production requirements from conception to completion. Manage supplier / stakeholder onboarding & communications throughout the planning process. Produce detailed event briefing documents and production schedules. Lead operational delivery of designated events. Manage event timelines throughout delivery. Track event expenditure against agreed budgets. Support post-event reconciliation and reporting. You'll have experience producing high-quality events and be passionate about creating exceptional guest experiences. You’ll be working in a small team so will be required to work autonomously on tasks whilst feeding into the wider event plan. Experience in high-end weddings, private parties, and reputable agencies is highly relevant. ~ Experience delivering projects in Europe or globally is preferred. ~ Excellent organisational and project management skills. ~ Commercial awareness and experience working to budgets. ~ Creative and a desire to create unique aesthetics and experiences. ~ Basic computer skills (email, Microsoft suite & Google docs) Driving License (preferable) Willingness to travel and work abroad
