The Rugby Players’ Association (RPA) is seeking a Player Development Manager to support elite rugby players in the London/South East region. You will lead the Gain Line programme across two Premiership Rugby clubs, providing personalised development support from the Senior Academy to retirement.
You’ll collaborate with players, club staff and the RPA team to address wellbeing, education, career, finance and transition.
