The Rudd Group is a family-owned and run supplier of equipment for pubs, clubs, bars, and restaurants. With a focus on making venue management easier and generating additional income, our group comprises three organizations:
- Bob Rudd gaming & amusement machine suppliers: Founded in 1989, this is the original company of the group. We supply high-quality fruit machines, pool tables, jukeboxes, and quiz machines to the licensed trade.
- Innstay UK Ltd suppliers of EPoS, music systems & security solutions: Innstay provides background music, tills, CCTV, and more innovative solutions for venues.
- Clear Cool suppliers of glass washers, ice makers and associated products: Clear Cool offers excellent-quality back-of-bar equipment available for rental or purchase.
We have depots in Newcastle Upon Tyne, Leeds, Keswick, Haydock, Nottingham and Birmingham,
Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Business Development Account Manager. As a Business Development Account Manager at The Rudd Group, you will be responsible for managing existing accounts and generating new business opportunities. Your day-to-day tasks will include conducting sales visits, cultivating customer relationships, leading negotiations, and providing excellent customer service. This position is primarily based in the West Midlands areas .

- Proven ability in lead generation and customer acquisition
- Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
