We are currently recruiting for a talented and motivated Breakfast Chef to join the culinary team at our luxury hotel. This is a full-time position, ideal for someone with previous experience in a four- or five-star hotel or fine dining environment. You should be confident running your own section, working effectively as part of a fast-paced team, and have excellent communication and organisational skills. You will report directly to the Executive Chef.

Working Pattern: Shift Pattern - 5 days on 2 days off
Key Responsibilities as a Breakfast Chef:
- Day to day running and cooking of the breakfast service.
- Assisting other sections when required.
- Maintaining high health and safety standards.
- Assisting with cost and stock control when required.
- Keeping the freezer list up to date.
- Checking deliveries.
