We are currently recruiting for a talented and motivated Breakfast Chef to join the culinary team at our luxury hotel. This is a full-time position, ideal for someone with previous experience in a four- or five-star hotel or fine dining environment. You should be confident running your own section, working effectively as part of a fast-paced team, and have excellent communication and organisational skills. You will report directly to the Executive Chef.

Location: London, Victoria

Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent

Working Pattern: Shift Pattern - 5 days on 2 days off

Key Responsibilities as a Breakfast Chef:

  • Day to day running and cooking of the breakfast service.
  • Assisting other sections when required.
  • Maintaining high health and safety standards.
  • Assisting with cost and stock control when required.
  • Keeping the freezer list up to date.
  • Checking deliveries.
