We are seeking a talented Mixologist to join our team. If you have a passion for crafting exceptional cocktails and delivering personalised service, this is an incredible opportunity to grow in a dynamic environment.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience as a Mixologist in a hotel setting, with excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a positive attitude. This position reports to the Director of Bars.

Location: The Rubens at the Palace Hotel, Victoria

Employment type: Full-time

Working pattern: Shift work 5 days on 2 days off

Salary: up to £33,000 including service
