The RTR Group is a well-established provider of Electrical, Building, and Property Services, operating throughout London, Home counties and Essex. We pride ourselves on delivering high-quality services and maintaining long-term relationships with our clients. Due to continued growth, we are seeking two qualified electricians: one general electrical for maintenance and call outs and one Testing & Remedials to join our team of dedicated professionals.
The Role: We're looking for an ambitious and proactive team player who has strong problem-solving skills and takes pride in their work.

Key Responsibilities:
- Carrying out Electrical Installation Condition Reports (EICRs) for both domestic and commercial properties.
- Testing and commissioning of electrical works.
- General electrical maintenance and callouts.
- Repairing and replacing equipment, wiring, and fixtures.
- Installing consumer unit and distribution board installation.
- Selection and installation of suitable cable for the type and nature of installation.
- Connecting electrical wiring and components.
- Reading and interpreting technical diagrams and schematics.
- Ensuring all work complies with health and safety regulations along with statutory and non-statutory electrical regulations.
- Complete risk assessments at the start of each assigned job and complete user notes where required.
- Providing excellent customer service.
- Working independently or as part of a team.
- Work in a timely and productive manner to complete assigned tasks.
- Deliver excellent customer service and maintain professionalism on-site.
Requirements:
- Full driving licence.
- Minimum 5 years' experience as a qualified electrician in domestic and commercial is a must.
- NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation.
- ECS Gold Card.
- City & Guilds 18th Edition.
- Inspection & Testing 2391/2392 - desirable.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Good communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and within a team.
