Overview

We’re looking for a Senior Salesforce Administrator to lead the management and development of our Salesforce platform at The RSA (The royal society for arts, manufactures and commerce).

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the day-to-day running of Salesforce and provide support to colleagues across the organisation.
  • Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders, translating business needs into practical Salesforce solutions.
  • Act as the trusted advisor to senior leaders, ensuring Salesforce aligns with our strategic goals.
  • Shape the long-term roadmap, driving improvements, integrations, and automation.
  • Safeguard data quality, compliance, and system security.

Qualifications

We’re seeking a certified Salesforce Administrator with significant experience, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to influence decisions through effective stakeholder engagement. You should be confident managing suppliers and leading system improvements from design through to delivery.
