- Conduct light research and competitor analysis, summarising insights to inform decision-making.
- Assist with planning, drafting, and scheduling LinkedIn content for the CEO.
- Liaise with senior colleagues, Trustees, Fellows, and external partners.
- Provide flexible and ad hoc support during busy periods.
Who you are:
- Highly organised, proactive, and detail-oriented.
- Calm, professional, and discreet, with excellent judgement.
- Confident managing multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment.
- Personable and comfortable working with senior and high-profile stakeholders.
- Values-driven, inclusive, and committed to social impact.

- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel).
- Confident using Microsoft Teams and Zoom.
- Experience using social media professionally, particularly LinkedIn.
- Demonstrable organisational and administrative experience.
- Experience supporting senior leaders or C-suite roles (or transferable experience) is desirable.
